At the moment, a lot of goalkeeper training is based on the repetition of movements and pre-established sequences without any real reflection.
Our aim is to get goalkeepers thinking, so our specific exercises are representative of actions that goalkeepers will encounter in a match, without forgetting the basics.
We work individually, in pairs or in groups of a maximum of 3 goalkeepers per coach, which allows us to work fully during each session.
